Product Features
1.Bidirectional Sealing Performance
1.1 DBB (Double Block and Bleed) Seat Structure
Structural Design
Single Piston Effect (SPE): DBB uses two unidirectional sealing seats (SPE), each valve seat can only block pressure in one direction, relying on media pressure to push the seat against the ball for sealing.
1.2. DIB (Double Isolation and Bleed) Seat Structure
1.2.1 DIB-1 Type (Double DPE Structure)
Double Piston Effect (DPE): Two bidirectional sealing seats (DPE) that maintain sealing through pressure difference and spring force regardless of the medium direction, achieving bidirectional isolation.
1.2.2 DIB-2 Type (Mixed SPE+DPE)
Combined Structure: The inlet side employs an SPE (Single Piston Effect) seat for unidirectional sealing, while the outlet side utilizes a DPE (Double Piston Effect) seat for bidirectional sealing.
2.Low Torque Operation
The ball is supported by upper and lower fixed supports, reducing friction resistance. Reduces operating torque by 40% compared to floating ball valves,
extending the actuator's lifespan.
3.Fire-Safe & Anti-Static Safety Design
4.Blowout-Proof Stem
